Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the AL SAUDIA Lucky Draw platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AL SAUDIA regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

User Eligibility

To participate in the Lucky Draw:

• You must be a resident of an eligible country/region
• You must comply with all local laws and regulations
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Previous winners have a waiting period of 30 days before re-entry

Participation & Payments

Prize participation requires entry fees as specified on the platform. All payments are non-refundable once processed. We accept multiple payment methods including:

• Digital wallets (UPI)
• Credit/Debit cards

Your payment information is encrypted and secured using industry-standard protocols.

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate the system
• Share their account credentials with others
• Attempt to access restricted areas or bypass security measures
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Prize Rules & Regulations

Prize distribution is governed by fair random selection. All drawings are conducted transparently:

• Winners are selected through certified random number generation
• Prize amounts are as advertised on the platform
• Winners must comply with verification procedures
• Prize claims must be made within 30 days of notification
• Taxes and legal obligations are the winner's responsibility

Disclaimer of Liability

AL SAUDIA is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Specific results or outcomes from participation
• Protection against all security risks

In no event shall AL SAUDIA be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Account Suspension & Termination

AL SAUDIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Have extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
• Breach local laws or regulations

Suspended accounts may be reinstated upon request and verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of AL SAUDIA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law
